Outlook and calendar
Tasks, travel time, leave and public holidays in the calendar; free/busy retrieved; moved appointments picked up. Also Outlook.com, Google Calendar and Apple iCloud, Nextcloud or Fastmail (CalDAV).
Outlook add-in
Log hours from an appointment in Outlook, have a new appointment filled in for you, and use a timer that records the actual times in the appointment. Roll it out in one go via the Microsoft 365 admin centre.
Microsoft Teams
bsmartr as an app in the Teams sidebar, with automatic sign-in: Start, My tasks and the weekly schedule.
TOPdesk
Change activities and incidents from your operator groups come in as tasks. Planning, reports back and hours go back to TOPdesk.
Exact Online
Projects, relations and budget from Exact; approved hours go back per project for invoicing.
API and webhooks
Read and write via a REST API with Swagger, and get notified instantly of changes. Works with Power Automate, Zapier, Make and your own software.
Single sign-on
Sign in with Microsoft, Google or SAML (Okta, OneLogin, ADFS, Google Workspace). Domain verification, mandatory SSO and roles from groups.
Traffic alerts
Today’s travel time checked live against current traffic information. If there is a traffic jam, the journey in the calendar starts earlier.
Audit log
Who did what and when, including via integrations and the API. Filterable and exportable to Excel.
Sign in with your work account.
Verify your organisation’s email domain with a DNS record. Staff then sign in with their work email via Microsoft or SAML. Make SSO mandatory and link groups to roles: new colleagues automatically get the right role the first time they sign in.
